MISSION - WHAT WE DO

The Estuary Center for Healing exists to awaken conscious, balanced lives through self-discovery, connection, education, and integrative healing—offering a sanctuary where true healing can take root.

VISION - GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS

Our goal is to become the best Healing and Wellness center in Nashville, offering a treasure of healing services for repeat clients to return to regular to enjoy as part of their ongoing healing and growth journey. Counseling, coaching, energy work, yoga therapy, breath work, gatherings, classes, groups, spiritual studies, akashic readings, massage, and more!

SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

At The Estuary, our integrative practitioners guide your healing, growth, and transformation through deep self-awareness and present-moment focus. We offer talk therapy (individuals, couples, families), counseling, integrative and couples therapy, play therapy, plus coaching options (professional, integrative, spiritual, health). Our services also include breathwork, massage, energy healing, akashic healing/reading, dream therapy, and holistic health programs.
