MISSION - WHAT WE DO

Celia Center is a non-profit organization based in greater Los Angeles, which offers support for all Members of the Foster Care and Adoption Constellation, those including birth parents, adopted and fostered individuals, foster, kinship, adoptive, and legal guardianship families. We also educate those working in the field of child welfare, about best practices in foster care and adoption, including social workers, therapists, doctors, attorneys, nurses, and teachers. We provide a safe space for the Adoption and Foster Care community to join together to repair the losses, share stories, thoughts, feelings, and ideas, receive psycho-education, process grief, learn about search and reunion, and build strong lifelong bonds and connections.

SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

Supporting all members of the foster-adoption constellation by providing emotional, educational, and community engagement via support groups, conferences, arts festivals, wolf healings, and trainings.
