MISSION - WHAT WE DO

The Bahati Foundation's mission is to provide underrepresented youth access to noncompetitive and competitive cycling with resources and support, allowing success on and off the bike.

VISION - GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS

We envision a Los Angeles and a nation where inner-city youth have access to Play Equity alone with quality educational opportunities. We seek to create options for mobility through biking that is safe and convenient in their communities.

SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

At the Bahati Foundation, we firmly believe in the transformative power of Play Equity – the notion that every young individual deserves access to sports and play opportunities, regardless of their background, zip code, gender, or socioeconomic status. Our B/Smart Cycle outreach program addresses Play Equity head-on by providing underrepresented youth with the means to engage in sports and play that can shape their futures.
