MISSION - WHAT WE DO
FLAIR (Fashion Legacy Association for Industry Recognition (FLAIR), is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization which serves as a resource to empower, mentor, promote and provide educational and professional development programs and scholarships across the country to diverse, economically disadvantaged minority students pursuing careers in the fashion and design industry; showcase multi-cultural emerging and prominent designers and honor those who have demonstrated achievement in the fashion and design industry.
