MISSION - WHAT WE DO

The Specific purpose of this corporation is the enhancement of the social, psychological, and economic health and well-being of children's with disabilities or special needs. We are a clearing house of valuable information and resources concerning the improvement of quality of life for members of the disabled persons household.

The Happy Children's Foundation's vision exists to enhance the social, psychological, and economic health and well-being of special needs children and their families. We envision southern California special needs children actively participating in recreational, cultural, and entertainment events
