Our mission is to educate and encourage girls and young women of color to embrace their inner uniqueness in ways that help build self-esteem and self-confidence by cultivating their social, emotional, and intellectual well-being.

Our vision is to be a model organization successful in transforming girls and young women into caring and productive citizens in this constantly changing world.
SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT
Our goal is to nurture and empower the future generation of girls and young women ages 9 - 21, using education and creating opportunities for them to participate in activities of interest that ignite hope, inspires passion and assists them in creating a platform for their future by providing the life experience tools, self-confidence and financial skills for girls at a young age to set them up for success in life.
