SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

Employment Services Assist and prepare candidates for employment matching their skills with their vocational goals utilizing the use of career centers and resources Personal Vocational Social Adjustment (PVSA) Pre-employment service preparation learning the skills, attitudes, and employer expectations necessary for the working world Situational Assessment Simulated work trials with opportunities to experience actual job duties in a supervised setting Short Term Support Providing multiple levels of support once a consumer is hired to ensure that duties and processes are clearly understood and employer expectations are met Retention Consistent contact with hired consumers and their employers during the probationary period to support and advocate on their behalf regarding any need that may arise
