MISSION - WHAT WE DO

Buddy’s Rescue saves dogs and cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or left without options and works to match them with loving families who will provide safe, permanent homes. We work every day to match our animals with families who will cherish them, celebrate them, and give them the forever homes they deserve. Buddy’s Rescue is more than an organization — it’s a community of people who believe that love can change everything. Buddy’s Rescue was created from a simple belief: every dog and cat deserves to feel safe, loved, and wanted. We focus on saving dogs and cats who have been abandoned, neglected, or left without options. Each one is welcomed with gentle hands, soft voices, and the promise that they will never be alone again. From medical care to foster homes filled with love, we make sure every animal receives the comfort and healing they need.

VISION - GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS

Our near-future vision is to build a fully enclosed, brick-and-mortar facility where the animals in our care can be safely housed indoors while we continue working to rescue, love, rehabilitate, and place them in forever homes. Preliminary designs are already underway, and we are working with local city and county officials, community supporters, and our thrift stores to help make this project a reality. Our goal is to develop a modern, thoughtfully designed facility that will allow us to better care for the animals who depend on us while expanding the work we do throughout our community. We have the vision. We can see the outcome. And with the continued support of our community, we KNOW we can make it happen.

SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

At Buddy’s Rescue ARPCTN, we help dogs and cats who are stray, abandoned, neglected, lost, or simply in need of a second chance. We provide the care each animal needs, including foster placement, medical treatment, vaccinations, medications, spay and neuter services, and other essential care. We also help connect animals with loving adoptive families, recruit fosters and volunteers, assist with surrender and rehoming situations, and hold adoption events throughout the community. Every animal that comes into our care has a story. Our mission is to give them safety, compassion, and the opportunity to begin a new chapter in a loving forever home.
