MISSION - WHAT WE DO

Our vision is that individuals with a disability have the opportunity to participate in exercise and sporting activities on a regular basis; can strive to achieve sporting excellence through competition and access sporting related social activities as part of a healthy lifestyle choice.

VISION - GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS

Our goals are To provide safe, reliable, enjoyable and affordable sports and exercise experiences for members To enable members to improve their performance and experience competition. To enable members to have the opportunity to meet and socialise with others.

SERVICES - HOW WE DO IT

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for coaches, instructors and volunteers. We recognise that they are vital to the success and enjoyment of the sessions. We ensure that: Equality and diversity is promoted and our recruitment procedures are fair and transparent. Everyone is are made aware of the expectations and boundaries of their role. Our induction process is consistent, recruits are informed of the organisations ethos and introduced to relevant team members. Relevant training is given so individuals can operate safely and effectively in their role. A variety of ways are available for individuals to contribute their opinions and feed this into organisational development. Positive attitudes are encouraged, but ensure that concerns can be raised and are acted upon.
