MISSION - WHAT WE DO
The mission of The Hurt Help Group is centered on establishing an educational environment dedicated to prevention, intervention, and reentry for disadvantage individuals of all ages. This commitment extends to providing youth academic support, fostering healthier families and healing, with the goal of breaking cycles of poverty, addiction, violence, and incarceration. Our approach includes academic tutoring, arts, athletics, mentoring, and counseling. Within this supportive setting, we empower individuals to recognize thought processes and address challenges that may arise, offering coping strategies for the hurt they have endured. Through a constructive support system, we help guide individuals in navigating life's challenges to become valuable contributors to society.
